Ragbaby Cipher
Keyed substitution that shifts each letter by its running position across the words.
The Ragbaby Cipher is a keyed substitution first published by the American Cryptogram Association in 1955. A keyword builds a 24 letter mixed alphabet (J is merged into I and X is merged into W), then every letter is shifted forward along that alphabet by a number that counts up across the words. The first letter of word one is shifted by 1, the first letter of word two by 2, and within each word the shift increases by one for every letter. See more information at Wikipedia.
